Keeping your Postglance account information up-to-date is essential for security and smooth access. Here’s how you can change your email address or password:
Sign in to Your Account
Log in to Postglance using your current email address and password.
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to the Settings section, usually found in the top-right menu or under Profile Settings.
Select Email Address
In the Account Information or Email Settings section, locate the option to update your email address.
Enter New Email
Type in the new email address you’d like to use. Ensure it’s correct, as this will be the new contact email for your Postglance account.
Verify the New Email
Postglance will send a verification email to your new address. Click the verification link in the email to confirm the change.
Confirmation
Once verified, your account will update to the new email address, and you’ll receive a confirmation message.
Sign in to Your Account
Access your Postglance account as usual.
Navigate to Password Settings
In Settings, go to Security or Password Settings.
Enter Current Password
To ensure security, you’ll be asked to enter your current password.
Enter New Password
Type in your new password. For security, choose a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
Save Changes
Click Save or Update Password. Your password will be updated, and you’ll receive a confirmation email notifying you of the change.
Tip: Always keep your email address and password secure, and update them regularly to protect your account. If you forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.
